Cacao Ceremony: Celebrating the light

Summer Solstice is known on the celtic wheel as Litha; the longest day of the year.

Wild Flow Co's women's circles are about gathering, community, sharing, releasing and connecting.

This Summer Solstice/Litha ceremony is about connecting with the energies of Summer Solstice, it's a cacao ceremony for women to celebrate the light of the summer solstice and the light in yourself.

If you're feeling the call to connect with other like minded women and have space held for you for a change, I hope you see you there.  You can expect mindful movement, meditation, cacao and a sharing circle with other bits too.
